i believe it's all from the mind, but when you hurt your brain send the pain the your heart.

Your heart is an organ. though you have feelings in your "heart" metaphorically speaking. Love is a feeling between two people, though it is in your head. It makes you down right crazy at times. Something great that hurts like hell. It's all just emotions.
