I've never broken up with a guy i l9oved that much but i am going thru the pain of loving a guy who deoesn't love me and it hurts too. This is some advice i received from a friend:

Make it a NO HIM world. Just until you can learn to get over him, pretend he doesn't exist. Get rid of pictures, letters, cards, whatever [not neccessarily destroy, perhaps just somewhere where you won't look at them]. Make sure your mum knows your not going to accept his phone calls, maybe even ask that she doesn't mention him. EVery time you find yourself thinking about him, write a letter to a mate or read a really interesting book to take your mind off things.

My friend did this when she couldn't get over a guy, and she said that it worked, and soon she was able to get over him and be all cool & calm & collected around him.

Sry i couldn't be more of a help,

    good luck, xox, PorteR

Thank you, I think i found the complete answer to this whole post...lol I know i answered my own question. I am going to start taking kick boxing classes to get my mind off of the whole thing as well as just get everything that stresses me out.
I realize now that i am only 17 years old, Like i have my WHOLE life ahead of me, and i came to the conclusion it isn't worth crying over him anymore.....I came up with this in like an hour. I have talked to him and i told him to just let me be and i am moving on and i am doing this for me....because in the end i am doing this for me...thanks for your advice i appreciate it
