Need a bit of help

Okay this guy that i like (he knows i like him) and he likes me. We live a bit of a distance away so we desided not to date so it wasn't as painful on us. Well i hadn't heard from him for two months when i told me friend she added to his old msn and he came on with another girls name in hearts in his name and i don't know if i should try to talk to him or not. i want to but i don't know if i can take more pain from this.

You don't need to hurt anymore, you don't need to be involved in confusing nonsense (coughboyscough). Just let him go.
