A few annoying things

In disscusion forums when they are long sometimes there is a bar across the page and U cant read it. Can you fix that

Yeh it displays. and i see it. but then i click on post answer so i can see the messege. ususaly it happens with last messege. thats why. anyways. it should be fixed.
