    It releases endorphines which make us happy. That's why chocolate is a PMS food because it makes you happy. ^_^

    But............the worst thing is that...............
    my dad has been gone for year so far, he did something stupid and decided to join the navy last year, well he was due to come back from training in a few months, but he failed a test last week, and today he called us saying he has been kicked out.
    it really sucks.
