So shy

Okay so i'm not all that shy of a person, i go right ahead and take chances when it comes to dating, and i really think that the person should like me for me....BUT she is wayyy shy and can barely even talk to me, she says she likes me but when it come to face to face she is totally...like scared! what can i do to get her to talk?

Loosen her up, duh... is that so hard a thing to do? find out her likes & focus conversations on those.. she'll eventually warm up to you.. and yeah..

Well, maybe you should like her for who she is too =] When I first met my bf, I couldn't even look him in the eyes, because I was so shy.. but I got over that.. and now I'm not shy anymore. =] So just give it time, her shyness will go away.. =P

I still make my girlfriend nervous sometimes and it's been 7 years that I've known her haha. It's the cutest thing when she does it :P

I was impatient (still am sometimes haha) at certain points but then I found out the reasons why. With time, we worked things out. The relationship is much slower than what I'm used to but I'm alright with that. If you care enough about her...promise her and yourself that you'd be patient. Try to (gently) find out why she's shy and see if you can work things out. Good luck

I used to be really shy in a situation where the guy & I liked each other . Whether we were going out or not . Still sort of am . But just don't be too straightfoward all the time -- she'll feel asjhjsdh; inside (: And it's not a very good feeling . Just tell her you'll be patient (or at least try to be) . Give it time . She'll start to open her way up slowly .

this shy girl sounds like me...when i started going out with the guy i liked i could talk to him all nite on the net nd texting etc but face to face i barely said anything to him...but i felt pressured to be perfect nd not shy around him which made it worse....so yea just make sure she no's that u'll wait 4 her nd she can talk to u without feeling embarrased/shy
