Help! I can't stop binge eating!

    I can't stop eating. The binges won't stop and I keep gaining weight. I don't know what to do.

    Every morning I eat whole grain cereal or yogurt or eggwhites.. healthy.. lunch I'll have a lean meat or salad or something.. healthy.. and then BAM! Bring on the junk.

    Pizza. Cookies. Cookie dough. Candy. Ice cream. Toast. Ramen.. you name it.

    It's getting to the point where it has become out of control. I can't stop it, no matter how hard I try.

    Please. I need serious HELP!

    I don't have a problem with not getting enough exercise. I obsess over it.

    Ty to do something else besides eat... or eat something that'll fill you up fast so you wont eat as much

    How is smoking a bad idea? If it wasn't for cigarettes I would probably weigh 300 pounds. :P

    Crack is a good weight loss drug, But it does have it's downsides.

    Because, unlike a bit of extra weight, cigarretes just build up lung cancer.

    Count your calories, if you're a normal fit healthy girl you should burn off 2000 calories a day naturally. The exercise will just add to that. Meaning, if you eat less than that, you won't gain anything throughout the day. You say you exercise regularly, which is the most you can ask for. But if you're feeling tempted, drink a glass of water until you feel full. If you're full yet you want snacks, munch on some fruit or celery or something. Chew some gum. Distract yourself. Don't drink fizzy drinks because they have a lot of sugar and calories in them. Try sparkling water mixed with friut juices instead.

    I'm always hungry but I have to eat all the time. I burn it faster than the next meal comes around. . . You just have to STOP. Like next time, just DONT. It'll be SOOO hard. But just DONT have anything. If something, choose gum or water. I know it's OSOOO hard. Just DONT go in there. AT ALL. Good luck. :(

    I recomend that you ignore all these people telling yu to try smoking and crack, and try not to eat junk food.that's what's doing you in.

    Find something to keep your mind off of it. Play a sport, or something. just elliminate junk food off the menu, a small snack here and there is okay but to much is bad and makes you gain wait. Your n the right track eating healthy to start your day but it's not enought. If you still eat junk food the healthy food will have not much affect.

    Really I recomend finding something to make you not think of food. and try trainign your body to eat the right food. It isn't a quick process. But best of luck to you.
