I got a new question now!!!!

Hi i posted a topic a few days ago titled what should i do here is a little update of what's been going on lately that i need help with if you'll help me. Okay this same guy that i was talking about earlier in this post is now single again. Or so he says. I have been friends with his ex Kendra for about a month now and she'll confide in me with things and then out of the blue Chris will tell me that what she told me isn't true. I don't even have to mention what she tells me. It's like she tells me something and then goes and tells him what she told me or something. I'm so confused because i don't know who to believe or who is lying to me. I want to believe chris because i still love him but i don't want Kendra to be mad if i believe chris over her. I don't know who is telling me the truth anymore. Sometimes i feel like one is lying and the other is telling the truth and vice versa. What do you think i should do. Chris told me that he's sorry for lying to me about that girl it was just that i didn't like her and he didn't want me to be mad at him for dating her. If it helps with your advice they have both lied to me before so any advice is welcome...Please help me again...
