^^^^^ yer i no how you feel ay i have been through all that as well i used to do that stuff but no i have stop.. it took me alot to stop with the alcohol problem but i think that now i have got it together and i have stoped t .. with the whole wed thing i have done it a few time well alot of times but that stuff is really shit.. i have done other drugs to but there anit no need to get into that ... with the cutting thing i did it i still do it .. cutting has takin pain away from where it hurts the most but sometimes it doesnt help at all by doing that..cutting anit very good for your friends, famliy or even boyfriend to see because it hurts them.. i smoke and still do to this day its so wrong smoking but it take some stress off my plate i dnt like doing it all the time i only do it when im really stressed out or something like that btu i dnt really regret any of the things that i have done well i wont say no more...
