The Future Generation.

I was reading this article in a magazine recently written by an older man who was talking about how teenagers and young adults just sit around, not taking action, waiting for things to fix themselves instead of getting off our backsides and actually doing something. But then It got me thinking, I know they say that we are the future generation, but what about the generations before us. What did they do? The reason we are faced with so many problems in the world today is because the generations before us never did anything, or their attempts failed. So why is the finger being pointed at us for not doing anything? + There are young people who are contributing to changing the world, they just dont get the recognition they deserve.

It would be cool to get some other peoples opinion on this.

I don't think we should care about anything that doesn't involve in our lives" said the previous generation.

I think the lazy attitudes of the past have given way to "paedophiles", global warming (To which some still say it doesn't exist) etc...

We need to try and change one thing step by step...But first we need to have a five minute warm up...

Things are sooo far gone now that I feel the best you can do is educate yourself as best you can and make decisions that benifit as many people are possible.

If you become a radical activist, you will be taken down, either directly or indirectly, there are always exceptions however.

In the end, we have to get political and business minded, though I do not salivate at either prospect, as these two mediums, combined with religion as the most insidious forces damaging our world, I think.

Being well informed, spending morally, spreading the word, these are fine, but really, we need to get busy....easier said than done though...the Leviathan is on the move.

Hobbes would be pleased I feel.

The past and present generations look to future generations to learn from their mistakes and create something better for their children. If the results of past generations eludes you, then perhaps you are not taking as good a look as you can. Guaging the past is what creates our future; guaging the future's possibilities is what leads us in the present.
