My first ever contest.

I want a poem written about sexual orientation.

Be creative.

It can have any sort of tone, happy, sad etc.

I have no real rules. Prize will be discussed with the winner.

People have all kinds of hair.

I met an old woman
with yellow hair once,
and she looked at my black tresses
and laughed until
until her abdomen ached.

But the amber haired freak
is as right as I am,
(I'm sure you'd agree
but you don't have to)

and so is the blonde boy
the brunette,
and the pink alien.

Hair is hair
Hair is not right and hair is not wrong
If you think it is,
I think your hair is ridiculous, too!

Shut up, no way, you cant like both!
Is usually the reaction I all get,
But why does it matter, we all have souls,
We dont care if well have to pay the debt.

I've been lied to, told my orientation is okay,
but everybody lies, they dont want the truth,
As I wander through this life,
They say ive stolen my youth.

She has to like boys, he has to like girls,
Screw these freaking labels,
It doesnt matter who likes what or when or how,
Because us bi girls are here to turn the tables!

So keep your mouth shut unless you want pain,
We'll deal it to whoever deserves,
And laugh in their faces as well,
Because we know they haven't got the nerves.
