Hi! Well this girl i like has been in the same school as me for 7 years, but in that time we've never said a word to each other. Then, suddenly, 2 years ago, we ended up dancing together 'cause it was compulsory for sport and from then on, i REALLY GREW to like her. I still like her till this day, but i don't know hardly anything about her even her number. I even gave her 3 roses, a card and a poem. Pretty odd from someone she doesn't know eh?? But is that love at first sight lol???

I agree with Kylie. I think love at first sight is more of 'lust' at first site. For me, the feeling of love grows gradually, after a long time of getting to know the person, never being able to let them go. When seeing them, well, the old saying "never judge a book by its cover" definetely suits that. You can't love someone you don't know.

Well, that is my two cents, I know many people would dissagree.

In third grade! Laugh all you want but really. I didn't like him but he liked me. He told me when he saw me, he went to the bathroom and pulled out one of his stitches (in his eye lid!) Then we had a great relationship after a while until 5th grade and i have not forgotten him since and i'm in 9th grade! I miss him so much!

I think its totally possible to fall in love at first sight. But I think part of it is lust. Just because of the fact that if your admiring them from first sight then you don't really know them. Your just in love with the appearence of the person aren't you? Even if your admiring them for a long period of time you still don't truly know the person. I think you may feel a bond with that person or feel some sort of a connection but I still think lust is a part of it. Just my opinion!

I believe in love at first sight. I met a girl in the sixth grade. We danced a little and barely talked but I knew I liked her. I didn't even know her name then! You're probably thinking that's the end of the story right? Wrong. I was determined to get to know her and I did and my freshmen year, and again my sophomore year, we went steady. She eventually broke up with me and left me distraught. She's the reason for most of my dark and sad poems. Check em out sometime. Anyway, love at first sight exists if you actually try to get to know them after you see them. Which is what I'm going through right now with the girl that I like,Emily. Emily is also the reason for about half of my poems.

ive experienced it. this guy changed classes on the 3rd day of school and came into mine. the first time our eyes met, we both fell in love. yeah, like in a fairy tale, but the ending is happily ever after... our love faded. sad, but wtv its life... weve both moved on
