I probably won't get very many posts on this because most people don't know what a cataract is and most young people do not get them. A cataract is a clouding of the eye's natural lens, which lies behind the iris and the pupil. Now this does not mean that if you have glasses or vision problems you have one. Chances are you don't. Most people over 60 develope a cataracht and I was diagnosed in kindegarten so I am a very rare case. ^_^ I have it in my left eye. Any one else know anyone with one? |

I have a cataract... I've had them since I was young, I do believe I was born with them or they developed shortly after I was born. But yeah, I got the one in my right eye removed when I was 3 or 4 and I still have the one in my left eye. It's rather annoying because it's caused other problems for me like diplopia. |

I'm pretty sure my grandma does. She has to go for a ton of eye treatmnts so I'm guessing she does. |
