Well either one of them suck because 1. if you're allergic to bread you're allergic to many everyday foods and 2. if you're allergic to dairy well a lot of things including bread related things are with dairy so you're still screwed!
I'll go with dairy. There is always soy milk!

I'd go with stupid you can get that fixed by trying and getting the right help. You can get the other one fixed too but it seems harder.

Would you rather kick a homeless guy or give him something to eat and drink? Most deffinetly give to him. I plan on randomly going down town when I'm older just so I could buy things for homeless people. :) It sounds so much fun. Expecially for hollidays. :D
