I have no clue what is wrong with me...

Okay, i have this thing that either a girl or boy is talking to me, i always hold my head down... ALWAYS. It's like a really badd habit that i cannot stop for anything. I never look them in the eye. I think it is because I am still extremly self conscious. And I thought I was over that. Everyone says how come u dont look up, you have a very pretty face, how come u don't show it. I have no clue what is wrong with me.

When I was younger I used to do the exact same thing. I'd get quite nervous and feel weird looking people in the eye I still have trouble every now and then with it. With me it does come down to sellf consiousness. If someone looks me in the eye I would feel intimidated by them or I'd feel like they were looking at me badly as if something was wrong with the way I looked. Being shy doesn't help this what so ever but to me it's pretty normal so nothings wrong with you. Try not to worry.

I used to have that problem...i used to look down at my feet no matter what i was doing and it was hard to overcome...but what it came down to is i had no self-eastem.....i still don't have really good self-eastem but i'm finally able to look up...it took alot of trying to find things that mad me feel good about myself and inturn as i did things that mad me feel good i started to feel better about myself...don't get me wrong i'm still not miss popular but i feel good about the things i do

. I used to do that all the time and sometimes i still do (oops). They say you have a pretty face, believe them! Ask yourself why your scared to look them in the eyes. Is it because you feel ugly or what? Try to look up more often...and if your shy (if that's the reason) you'll discover its alot funner to be out there instead of hiding. Being self concious is something alot of people go through. Try to look up, your on the same level as them, you have the right to stand tall and look at them straight!

I have no clue if what is wrong with me why cant i have a boyfriend that i can call mine.. my delima is, normally when i get into a relationship the person is either married or the person might be on a relationship that they cant get rid off.
most of my friends are men, im considering the idea that other men might be allof with me because of those friends i have around me.. or im just really a horrible lover and a loser type....

You're young, you will most likely grow out of it.

I had a problem where I couldnt look anyone in the eyes. I'd focus over their shoulder or at something on their shirt. I started forcing myself to look at their eyes and got over it.

^^ Exactly the same thing with me. I always had a problem looking people in the eyes, but I knew I had to get over it eventually. You will, too. :]

I used to do that too. These days I make sure that I am always looking everybody in the eyes. Friend, girlfriend, principal, Army recruiter, complete stranger, hated enemy. Always. You can always kind of tell what's going through their head and it is a sign of respect (which I show even if I don't feel it).
