I am getting over being sick and i think i was sick because of the way i was eating. I know i need to eat more but now i need to eat healthy because i start martial arts training tamorrow. They said eat healthy but that doesn't help much! Like what kind of milk should i drink and all that? Has any one ever heard of UFC?IFC? Pride fighting? Team Quest? It's usually on pay-per-view but i am training with team quest! I am so excited but nervous! There are all age groups! I saw some 7 year olds there training, they were good! |

Eat Healthy, just make sure everything is balanced. Eat a fair proportion, you'll need your strength. Just your veges, fruits, alot of water, i drink about 8 litres a day. Just... eat healthy foods. You'll need energy so meat is a good idea but dont over-do it. |

I agree mostly with what Alysse had to say but 8 liters of water a day would make me feel entirely bloated. |
