How do you move on?

How do you move on when you cant even let go. I cant even let his memory fade from my head. Seeing him hurting his self. Cutting him self. Is it my fault? Plz help me,

Is it your fault, absolutely not man. absolutely not. letting go is very difficult, it takes a lot of time, and you just have to be willing to let time takes its course.

I'd love if someone had an answer to this question too =( It's been almost 4 months and I still can't let go of the man I love because memories of him and me together never leave my mind except I don't have to deal with watching him hurt himself, I have to watch him with the girl he wanted more =(
But what a person does and chooses to do is never anyones fault but there own. We all have free will and the choice to make our own path, don't blame yourself sweetie ~_~ Stay strong.
