I need help from petite girls!

Alright I've always been very short, small boned, and skinny (in the good way not the starving way silly). I hate shopping at times because nothing ever comes in my size and sometimes even if they are my size they're too long or ugly. I'm looking for some dresses but I need some in size zero for juniors. I can fit into size one at times but it really depends on how they make it so let's just stick to size zero. Does anyone know anyplace to get any? Yeah I know the internet exsists but I've searched the internet and of course they're not exactly the things I'm looking for or they're talking about womens sizes. Can anyone help me out? And no I will not go into the childrens department. I dred going into my own age clothing enough as it already is....With all of the tackiness......yuck...Sometimes fashion designers just kill me.

Yeah I've always wanted to sew. I've always been into anything art related and clothing design is an art. I've always had things in mind. It takes a long time though. Perhaps in the future I will but for right now I don't want to get myself into making something and then perhaps having my final growth spirt before adult hood and then not fitting into it.
