Depression poems

I am writing so many poems about depression and im not sure why i think maybe its because i have been depressed!!! I am enjoying writing them no

It depends how a person looks at a depression poem. If they read to help themselves, or if they read to wallow.

Read to understand your problem, and tackle those problems, fix them, and look back on the poem as the "past" and not the "present". =]

Ha!-my early career was writing mainly depression (or at least sad, tragic) poems. I think it is like a form of self therapy- getting the depression out before it eats away and destroys us inside. I still write a few 'depressing' pieces but have also written many other types/styles.
