Unable to post comment score others poems

I find when trying to read comments (not initially but subsequently)and sometimes on scoring others poem's but again not always it tells me Im not logged in. I then repeat the login process successfully time and time again yet Im still blocked. The strange thing is I can sometimes score one poem but not the next one even on the same recipiant.
where do I direct this question to?

Anyone have any ideas
