    My Crusade

    Love has killed me
    And revived me
    It toys with me

    I am sure it will be the death of me
    But I welcome it
    To feel love crushing my heart

    Consuming me one last time
    I shall die with love on my lips
    Never will it taste so sweet

    Bitterness would be never feeling it again
    A great loss indeed
    One I am not willing to make

    When I close my eyes to embrace destiny
    I want to say
    I fought for love

    Passionate
    Selfish
    Fiery
    Insane
    Egotistical love

    The bane of all existence
    Not hate
    But love

    What is hate but love
    Fiery, passionate, protective
    Love

    Freely given
    Misunderstood
    Complicated love
    Such madness from a simple word

    Stars Crashing To The Ground
    By: Twisted Heart

    Oh this night of nights I weep
    Void of love and lack of sleep
    Inside my heart a yearning fair
    Lent to the mask of Soul's despair.

    A hunger burns inside my breath
    Of tainted ruins and cold caress
    Upon this night a lonely sound
    Stars fade and crash upon the ground.

    No light comes now to calm my pain
    Visions of heartache still remain
    Forever lost among my dreams
    Filled with pangs of misery.

    The tattered moon cries tonight
    Tears fall on stars lost from sight
    Within the sky no star is found
    They've all crashed upon the ground

    With troubled eyes that seek relief
    Stars cross against the moon that weeps
    Within the soul no light is seen
    Just remnants of sad memories.

    If I could hold the moon so fast
    Inside my soul it's glow would last
    Then too those lonely stars be found
    No longer crashing to the ground.

    Fall Out Boy Lyrics
    ---------------------

    Reverse This Curse [Glosa Verse]

    Stomp out this disaster town.
    We're throwing stones at a glass moon.
    We bullet the words at the mockingbirds.
    Smash the mirror and break the palm reader's hand.
    `````````````````````````
    We were throwing words around like they didn't mean a thing -
    Hurting each other and destroying everything.
    How could we let ourselves down like that?
    Rumors and lies replacing all truth and facts.
    So comeback Baby - Let's Reverse This Curse.
    Pick up the broken pieces off the ground -
    Only you can heal this tattered and bruised heart;
    So take my hand and we'll try for a fresh start.
    Let's search for the love that we once had around.
    "...Stomp out this disaster town."
    We can move on, you know we have that strength;
    It might be hard, but we could do it, at a length.
    So let's forget the past and look ahead -
    Remember the good times, not the bad, instead.
    So comeback Baby - Let's Reverse This Curse.
    I can feel that our time is coming soon...
    So turn on the radio; we'll dance to our song;
    It's been stuck in my head all along.
    Let's watch as this old clock strikes noon.
    "...We're throwing stones at a glass moon."
    Who cares what they say? Have we listened before?
    Because you and I know we've never wanted nothing more.
    Some will talk and others just won't care;
    No matter what, I'll always want you there -
    So comeback Baby - Let's Reverse This Curse.
    Forget about what was said or misheard -
    So come inside and shut that front door;
    I just can't being without you anymore.
    Let's stop muttering all these useless words.
    "...We bullet the words at the mockingbirds."
    You can be my Superman and I'm your Kryptonite -
    Some say that we are wrong; let's not ever be right.
    We could count the stars or just kiss the sky -
    I could be your girl, you could be my guy.
    So comeback Baby - Let's Reverse This Curse.
    And maybe, for once, we can understand:
    We're the only ones who could fix us now.
    I just want to be better that I am...
    "...Smash the mirror and break the palm reader's hand."
    Glosa-Verse: A Spanish form invented by court poets in the 14th and 15th centuries. An opening quatrain, called a 'cabeza' is chosen from another poet, or song. The glosa elaborates or 'glosses' on the quatrain with four ten line stanzas, their concluding lines taken consecutively from the quatrain and their sixth and ninth lines rhyming with the borrowed tenth.
    Galaxy of Ivory Keys Accented with Obsidian
    two bodies sharing the bench
    one set of hands working magic
    three notes float to our ears
    long slender fingers
    dance a complex ballet
    across ivory keys accented with obsidian
    music swirls around us
    leaving me in awe of his talent
    never has one heard such beauty
    though my head finds his shoulder
    the sweet melody keeps coming
    giving us our daily dose of sugar
    a tear slips down a cold pale cheek
    as it gazes upon the dusty layers
    coating those ivory keys
    a memory arises in her ears
    knees becoming weak at such elegance
    notes intertwined creating a galaxy
    each note played once more
    another star appears in the vast openness
    ivory keys accented with obsidian leaving a piece in the sky
    the bench that once held love
    now sits empty in the corner
    for desires of a dance have slipped through his fingers
    Romancing with Naivety and Beating Hearts [Licentia Rhyme Form]
    You`re dying to look cute in your low-rise jeans,
    As you head into town, you just turned eighteen;
    Harlequin`s running high tonight and you know,
    That there'll be no battle scars left out to show.
    You`re all done up and the gents turn and stare,
    As you stand alone, a few minutes to spare;
    Practicing cute lines over in his head,
    He asks if you`d like to have a drink instead;
    He learned the art of time a few days ago -
    Took the chance to perfect it and tonight, that shows.
    You`re dying to look cute in your low-rise jeans,
    As you head into town, you just turned eighteen.
    Harlequin`s running high tonight and you know,
    That there'll be no battle scars left out to show;
    You throw out resistance and ignore your thoughts,
    The pounding in your head is what alcohol bought;
    `Cuz a head filled with naivety is sure to have room,
    For the side effects of the alcohol you consume.
    He looks down at his wrist, surely it`s time to go;
    His wife will be mad if he decides not to show -
    But the smell on your breath, the look in your eyes;
    They leave room for him to make a compromise.
    You`re dying to look cute in your low-rise jeans,
    As you head into town, you just turned eighteen.
    You`re all done up and the gents turn and stare,
    As you stand alone, a few minutes to spare;
    And he leads you out, as he locks on your arm;
    Taking you away, starting off with his charm -
    But judging by your staggering stability,
    He`ll take away what`s left of your credibility.
    You ignore the devil on your shoulder tonight,
    Because in those twisted sheets, he makes you feel right;
    Romancing with naivety and beating hearts:
    He`ll leave you to deal with your angst as you fall apart -
    You`re dying to look cute in your low-rise jeans,
    As you head into town, you just turned eighteen.
    One Shot.by Jessica
    Thrust backwards by the force of hate,
    Relinquishing power over twisted limbs,
    Sweat and blood soaking into salty wounds,
    Fury etched into a face, fading as the light dims.
    Sharp intakes of breath; ruby streams released.
    Pain trickles, final beats echo, a soul left to rot.
    Lifeless eyes mirror shock; color gradually drained,
    Adoration shattered; you killed me in one shot.
