Flings

Have you ever had one? What happened?

No, I don't believe in flings, only steady, mature, serious & committed relationships. Sure, I've been at the beach, met with some guys (randomly), asked them to join me & my friends in the water while we played football or threw a frisbee, walked & talked, hung out, maybe even met up the next day to do it all over again, or invited them to a BBQ that we were having, etc., you know, just being friendly; we wanted some one to hang out with because we enjoy a crowd, we weren't shy & it was easy to make new friends, also to take my chances & give them a chance 'cause, hey, how would I know who I want to start a steady, mature, serious & committed relationship with. But no, I've never just had a "fling"; I didn't just hook up with any guy (relationship-wise, etc.). I've dated a guy when I was young on a dare (yes, those days) for less than a day (but all we did was ride bikes around town from noon till dusk), does that count?
