How many times can you fall in love?

Im afraid that it can never be enough times for me...i have been broken so much will i ever truly fall in love,and not get hurt?

It's hard question... but it's will be easy if you are the one will be deside what is better for you...

You can feel most of the symptoms commonly associated with love as many times as your subconcious will think you feel... but you can only feel true love, honest and deep 100% compatability with your soul-mate, once.
Otherwise you had a bad case of lust.

Although I don't agree with the statement that you can only fall in love once, I don't doubt that you have yet to experience love. You're young, and you have so much time. You will find somebody eventually who won't just hurt you.

I dont think being young has to do with anything about falling in love,just saying..if its there its there you cant just ignore it.
so age i think has no meaning when it comes to love....
i am scared of the time part though,you have to get through it before you can truly fall in love and to get throught time you have to go through more heartbresk...so how does time help?

You know what I've fallen in love a couple times but I now see that they weren't true. I now found "true love" and it feels 100% different...... Keep trying. I was hurt really bad many times. It gets better.

I think i love someone..well i know i do and he says he can love me and he says he can trust me completely and all this stuff.i have been trying to help him with a problem he has with his ex girlfriend..but he just wont get over her..he says he hurt her and he will never forgive hiself for it but he keeps telling me she has gotten over him.
he keeps making excuses about why he cant love me and it is starting to get to me...maybe they arent excuses...

You can only fall in true love once. you can fall in puppy love over and over again, and think it's the rel thing but it's really not.

True love..only comes once. You may fall into lust or puppy you will care a lot about, but you can't fall in lovlove several times, but not real love. There are many people out there who e with everyone of them.

I agree with most other people that true love only comes around once. There are, however, other sorts of feelings that are often mistaken for love. I guess you never really know until you find the real thing.
But yeah, only once do you ever truly fall in love.

Its like... if i went and got a cat i would fall in love with it, same if (i was like 30) and my girlfriend had a baby i would fall in love with it. But you can also fall in love with people but true love is only once. Sometimes its off and on tho...

Yep I agree with everyone else. You can only fall in love once. That person is made for you and you for them. They are your one and you can not replace them.

What really bugs me is when people my age when they break up with their bfs theyre like i loved him though

You can fall in love as many times as necessary. There is no human limit and its different for everyone.

Just like pretty much everyone else on here has said, I believe that you can only fall 'in love' with someone once. Sure you can love other people and lust after them but that doesn't mean that you are 'in love' with them.
