I have to agree with Bob here, envy cna be an ugly thing. Looking from the outside in we could find a million people we think live better than we do. If you don't like your life change it. I always thought my best friend had it made, she had looks, brains, a great family, her choice of guys, but that did not make me want to stop being her friend, otherwise what kind of friend would I really be? You should be thankful you have people around you seeting an example and proving to you itis possible to have a better, happy life. |

Nobody has the perfect life. You may think she does because your vision of perfect is the life she is living. Many others may see things different. Her and her b/f may not be arguing yet, but they havn't been together that long. After the first year, things get tougher and you will notice it. I'll admit i'm a bit envious of my own cousin because of how her life is going. I mean...she's a model and into singing. Not only is she beautiful, but she has one of those slender bodies, with the long waist and long legs where as i have a different bone structure, short waist and short legs :(. Her life just seems so perfect, but i know it's really not... her life is far from perfect. Maybe you see her life as perfect, but the reality is that they worked hard to get where they are, to live a good life. Anyone can make their life better. You just need to work at it. Instead of comparing your life to hers, look at the positive things in your life. Then look at the negatives and work to improve those. Learn to accept yourself and your life. Thats the only way you are going to make it better. |
