A little help.

    Latly iv become less pationt and i would rather act first then think, we have this dvd anger manegment with is a comedy and all the way though it was making me frustrated which made me stop it practicly every 10 min to chill, which looking bad i dont see why i did get so angry, i dont know if its bacause of resent family problems or im just getting fed up with every one in my year at school acting like there still in primary school, like for today as an example i had R.e and we were doing about fertilaty and the boys were messing about like usial and i felt like getting up and strangling them and saying just listen for crist sake!

    i would really like some advise on how to control my self im not normaly like this i actually fear hurting some one which i think has been the thing stopping me.

    Well you can't really help that they are immature. It makes me angry to sometimes.

    I found that the old "count to 10" thing really does work though. Also squeezing something. Like a stress ball gets anger out. Or even an eraser since you are in school.

    Iv gone through 3 stress balls i dont think they make them to well lol!!

    i find chocolates good though its not good for my belly, and doing p.e actually carms me maybe its because im doing fitness were it gives me a chance to just let go.

    now that im actually carm i can see things more clearly and deal with this and find paths but as many may know once your tempers up that just flys out the window.

    Yeah i have bad temper to, i find im able to calm down if i count to ten in my head, take a deep breath or actually come right out and say that im @#%&ed offed! and the person usually doesn't expect me to come out and say that and they stop what their doing. also i try writing an email to them going off at them but then never sending it, or a text. but usually the counting thing, and not just for temper, it helps with alot of stuff actually.
