A problem i could really do with your thoughts on

This may seem really out of order on my part but i have a problem.

I recently wrote a poem for my fiance. I was very proud of it and had my uncle legally copyright it for me as he does all my work.
I have also just recieved an email from a Paul Adams who wrote to tell me, him and his girlfriend really loved my poem and he wants to print it out and have it framed for her as a christmas gift.

I'm very flattered but at the same time, a little wary.
I have no way of knowing if my name will be written down as the author of this piece and as i've been the victim of plagurism on numerous occasions, i'm a little worried.
Especially as this poem means so much to me and Marcus, especially to me as my heart went into it.

Any advice or thoughts?
I realise i'm sounding very possesive over my poetry, but i can't help my feelings.

Just edited out the title of your poem since it could be considered advertising.

Thanks Bob. I think i overreacted a bit and just needed to talk it back to myself and it is very nice for someone to ask for once =)

I guess i'll never know if my name does end up on it but i guess i'm also flattered that someone liked it enough to want to use it in that way.
