SUPER QUICK!

    Okay...so I want to judge this by tonight if I have enough poems.
    My rules:

    NO CUSSING
    NO RELIGION
    NO SENSUALITY/SEXUALITY
    MUST RHYME!!!!
    NO CUTTING/SUICIDE!
    Okay, I want love poems or sad poems and or a combo of both, but I want originality. I want good metaphors, make me look at the same old cliche's from a totally new perspective. Don't tell me your tear's fall like the rain, or if you do, tell me in a way that's twice as descriptive!

    No need to reserve
    but it must be new!
    ONE poem per poet!

    Thanks!

    Dunno if this is what you`re looking for or not..

    Last Love Song

    Looking to a broken picture frame she smiles --
    She won`t fall pathetically, she`ll fall with style;
    So she takes a permanent marker and draws --
    A broken heart over where her former heart was.

    She picks up the phone and starts to dial --
    To hear an old familair voice -- it`s been awhile,
    And she`ll listen for a chaotic heartbeat to quit,
    She`ll feel accomplished, but she won`t admit it.

    She`ll bring you to your knees, begging for more --
    But she`ll leave you again, like all the times before;
    She turns on the radio and cranks it up real loud,
    Pretending to be singing in front of a loving crowd.

    But her ideal crowd is one where you`re dead,
    Because you`re smiling face is stuck in her head,
    And to see your pale white face and dull blue eyes;
    Would make up for the pain of all your petty lies.

    "This is a song for all the teenage girls out there,
    Who keep a body count for their angst and just don`t care;"
    She screams at the top of her lungs, pulls her hair;
    "This is the last love song -- dedicated to boys no longer there."

    Pain is a hooded rider
    by Dhaval

    Pain is a hooded rider
    Who does not visit alone--
    On his steed, his shadow leads,
    And a whiteness trails along

    The hooves oft break the door
    With wine still in your hand--
    Or a patient knock till you unlock
    Your heart for the wrinkled man

    He devours with laughing tongue
    The hope that hugs your fear--
    The sullen home, no more your own,
    It rings of chilly jeers

    Then, when the cold bites
    Till nipples turn white and numb--
    The tailing ghost, becomes a host
    And offers you a crumb--

    A cotton shirt to cheat the cold
    And some bitter strength in nettles--
    Icepicks, a blunt crucifix--
    The master's leash is little

    He counts down your silent sleep
    As the laughing knell is heard--
    You know your bones will softly moan
    Until they are interred.

    Losing Light
    By: Twisted Heart

    Upon my heart a glimmer light
    fades to a shade of gray
    Inside my soul a slumber comes
    to still the break of day.

    Against the yearning of my heart
    I stand beneath the moon
    To send a wish up to the stars
    that you will come back soon.

    Inside are broken promises
    a shatter to the mind
    As distant shadows creep inside
    the corpse you left behind.

    An empty shell of what I had
    now haunts my memory
    Among the shimmer of regret
    that stays my sanity.

    A darkened mist now cloaks the moon
    the stars once shone so bright
    Has left the heart an opened wound
    that's slowly losing light.

    Let's Play Truth or Dare

    You've got the sun singing to me, but that's not what I'm after;
    I'd prefer your voice over any orchestra.
    The violins are sweating notes as your fingers dance over the strings,
    And your smile resembles that of safety, like comfort no other brings.

    Nature's beautiful with no flaws, but you could win this fight; I'd rather sink into those eyes.
    The fireflies will show us something no other's have seen that entertain and seduce the night,
    But baby you don't need to move; you could change the color of the sunset with your smile, it's true,
    And even if the stars giggle down upon us, we'll simply laugh knowing they can't have the moon like I have you.

    That string quartet is playing but the melody they're strumming is nothing to your voice
    And those whispers you sneak in the air around me won't be lost; they'll melt into mine.
    We'll turn up that music to feed our souls and move to the tune of our lips;
    We'll slow dance to this disaster [we'll call it love that shakes our hips].

    You can break my composure with one word and just a kiss could steal what breath I have,
    But I'm no one to complain; your eighth note rhythm is mingling with the melody of my chords.
    You are turning my composed, soft music of love from whole notes to eighth notes that take your breath away.
    Your kiss is a short cut to my heart and I'll kiss them with every note; I'm dancing too fast, but I've barely began to care.
    Whisper anything you want into my lips; baby let's play truth or dare.

    Im in

    Love:sad

    Gambling love

    You cheat me twice
    rolling those dice
    gambling on chance
    simply playing romance.

    Deal the cards
    of my hearts shards
    toy with me
    to get what you see.

    Treasures and gold
    are the things you wish to behold
    Stabbing my heart
    is only the start.

    Playing the slots
    Lucky 777 was what you got
    riches pour
    and my heart grows so sore.

    Your close to the grand prize
    as I die
    gambling it all
    my heart is about to fall.

    I mourn
    from being torn
    love becoming dust
    as Im ripped apart.

    You lost your riches
    and I have to get stiches
    all for your cheating wants
    and I pay the price.

    I work to heal my heart
    but you dont care the cost
    grabbing another guys fate
    only to leave them with hate.

    Lament of a Dying Butterfly

    Lament of a dying butterfly -- even the best shall fall;
    By breaking the only rule of the game of seduction,
    It shattered the illusion that I did not care at all --
    And slowly started to bring forth my own destruction.

    Lament of a dying butterfly -- even the best shall fall;
    Hearts tormented by past betrayals and destroyed trust --
    A test to see if you cared enough to break down my walls,
    Not just another plan for own satisfaction of lust.

    Lament of a dying butterfly -- even the best shall fall;
    Staring at you with teary cheeks and pain-filled eyes,
    Stricken down from the sky, a lost soul's desperate call --
    For redemption and a way out of a flawless disguise.

    Lament of a dying butterfly -- even the best shall fall;
    Two creatures searching for comfort, tried to fly high --
    Fell together towards the earth, in a world so small,
    Held each other close, not yet ready to say goodbye.
