ok, there's this sing you might or might not know. its stuck in my head.

its really really emo, but the lyrics aren't.
its called "The Way She Feels"
its by Between the Trees, you might of heard of them, idk.

So your question is, can an emo song be anti-emo?
Well if it is, I think it is possible. I don't want to write a long post but it's just a song that's about an emo person who changes.

Actually, I think it's a rather inspiring poem. The song suggests that life can be better with God.

That song.. I've heard it many times.
Is very cliche.. and the melody annoys me.
But, it has nothing to do with "Emo." An emo genre of music differs from a christian genre of music. You cannot have Anti Emo if you cannot have Anti Rap, Anti Country. It all falls into it either being a Rap or Country song. The lyrics do not make the genre.

And emo is not a person. As cliche as that sounds. It has been a genre for a few years now. Before it got all out of hand.
