I need a poem to tell my friend that i am cuttin i dont know how to tell him so im going to right a poem and give it to him he loves poetry but im not very good at it so i need someone to make me one if you dont mind

Now tey release in a way tears cant
Ending the words have to come from my mouth
Enduring, its hard to say simply and I am sure i cant

Defendin,lying, please understand me
Holding on I ask this of you
Ending it, will give you give your hand?,help me once again be me?
Looming, this is all i ask of you

It isnt easy, but have to know
