Well, this is about my guy friend. I am confused.

Well, I liked this guy last year, and we weren't friends then..we hardly knew each others names. He didn't like me and I knew it! What's even sadder is that he knew IYou see, my best friend had a crush on him for three years, and she stopped about four months ago. (she likes his best friend now!) (Yea, it IS confusing!)
This year is different, and we have been friends all year long. My best friend has been saying that he stares at me when I'm not looking at him. She also says that she has never seen him smile as much as when he does around me. I don't know if he thinks we are just suddenly close friends, or if it's okay if I tell him my feelings yet! I told him last year (After three months) that I stopped liking him. He believed it, but I don't know if he knows that I like him again or not! Should I tell him that I like him..more than a friend wise, or not?

Deends on how close you two are. If you're incredibly close as friends you might not want to jepordize that friendship by telling him your feelings.
But on the other hand if you don't tell him you'll never know what could have been or could have happened. I say you do tell him..but slip it in when you guys are in a deep conversation..not just out of the blue.
He might not like you back, but I think if he's a good friend then you guys will be able to remain that way.
So take that chance. That's my opinion.
