i self harm not only when im sad but sometimes just to feel relaxed i think ive become way too dependant on it and im kinda scared. i mean i need to do it like every two minutes just to feel normal(in control of my emotions) i started shaking like a few weeks ago and the cutting help me relax. but i need it like all the time to relax or i start shkaing really bad. can anyone help me??? please? |

maybe you should try doing something else instead of cutting. My friend gave me a couple of suggestions. Try holding a peice of ice in your hand until the pain is unbearable. what i have found that helps, because i have never cut, though i do get the feelings,, i do the rubberband thing but really hardand with multiple rubberbands at once. also, cheap bbguns are good to shoot yourself. |

Hey I used to cut but i haven't for about 2 years now! All I did was small things but I took up kickboxing and that really helped! |
