NO COOKIES FOUND help...please ><

Ok this is a question for, well, anyone that can help me.

You see I have accounts on the websites that don't work on mu computer. Whenever I'm trying to downlode something or log in it will say NO COOKIES FOUND.

So I need to figure out how to install/whatever cookies into the computer so I can downlode and all that other stuff.

You probably have no idea what I'm talking about, but can anyone help? Pretty please with a cherry on top! = =

Do you mean go to Internet Options? And what do you mean about restarting the browser and loading the website?
