*tosses the comb aside*

*runs down to the entrance of the cave and blocks yura*

*Throws a big rock and hits Sesshomaru on the head with it*
"Back off!"
*Turns around and runs off*
*Sees Sesshomaru advancing towards her and jumps into a nearby stream and gets washed away with the shards*

She can if she wants to!! After all, Kikyo does play a big role with anything that has to do with the shards.. and Kagome has them right now and she's trying to escape from Sesshomaru and Yura.

*gasps*
"kagome???"
"KAGOME!!!!!"
*moves as if to jump after her but remembers yura*

*Gasp*
"Out of my way!! I want those shards!!"
*Surprises Koga by vanishing and turning up in front of him*
"Bye now."
*Smiles before trapping him in strands of hair*
"Now... those shards...."
*Turns and runs after Kagome*

Rin: Lord Sesshomaru!! Goes over to him. Are you all right? *Looks to see Yura heading toward Kagome* *Gasp*

*Pokes head out of water and sees Yura*
"Crap!!"
*Holds onto the shards for dear life*
*Starts swimming faster and faster*
"Good thing I joined the swim team at school!"
Thinks to self: Inuyasha.. please... help me!!

"Haha!! Come to me!"
*Sends out strands of hair and captures Kagome*
*Rises her out of the water and attaches her to the ceiling*
"Now... I have you!"
"I'll be having those shards now"
*Smirks*

"NO!!"
*Pulls out a dagger Inuyasha had given her*
"Ha!"
*Cuts the strands of hair and falls back into the water*
*Still holding onto the shards and holds breath under water*

*growls*
*breaks apart the strands of hair*
"you think you can escape me that quickly??!"
"well you're wrong"
*grins*
*uses demon arts and leaps into the water and drags yura out*

*Squints and sees Koga in the water*
*Swims up and starts gasping for air then sees Koga holding Yura*
"Koga!! Be careful!!"
*Keeps going upstream until she finds a safe spot to crawl out at*
"Now then.."
*Looks around for a big rock*

*throws yura to the ground*
"be safe kagome!!!"

"Aug!!"
*Stares up at Koga*
"You twerp..."
*Struggles to get out*

*Sees Koga and Yura from a distance*
*Crawls behind a bush and peeks out at them*
"Okay.. now where's that rock?"
*Sees Inuyasha*
"Jumps up*
"Inuyasha?!"
*Feels herself running towards him, forgetting about destroying the shards*

*Sees Kagome running*
"Where are you off to??"
*Pulls out sword*
"Ha!!"
*disappears and turns up in front of Kagome*
"Gotcha!"
*Picks her up*
*Stops*
"Wait... Inuyasha??"
*Eyes brighten*
"Your hair.... I WANT IT!!"
*Throws Kagome to the ground*
*Starts to run toward inuyasha with hands in front*

*Starts to cough and looks up*
*Gasps*
"Inuyasha!!!"
*Grabs her bow and arrows and aims at Yura quickly*
"Die, witch!!"
*Sends a sacred arrow straight towards Yura's head*

*at the same time as kagome, throws a knife straight at yura's back*
"what are you doing kagome??~~!!!"
"destroy the demon shards now!!"

*Ish hugged by the person he threw sharp things at? O_o* Erm.... *disappears*

"Sorry, Koga!"
*Takes out the shards and grabs a big rock*
"Koga, please get Inuyasha away from that witch!"
*Lays the shards down quickly and smashes them with the rock as hard as she can*
"Uhh.."
*Checks underneath it to see the shards are crushed into dust*

i'm really confused. um did i just get killed or did yura?

*Slumps to the ground*

*Looks up at inuyasha's face*
*smiles... but then turns into a frown*

*Hair covers face before dying on the ground*

Rin: *Gasp* "Is she?"

*looks for kagome*
"where.... what are the shards doing???"

*Stares down at the smashed shards on the ground*
"I.. I don't know.."
*Looks up at Inuyasha and Koga*
"Please you two, don't fight right now."
*Stands up and kicks away the shard dust on the ground*
"They..they're gone now. The shards have been destroyed.."

Rin: *silence*
"What?"
"Lord Sesshomaru!"

*Looks over at Sesshomaru and Rin*
"Oh yeah.. I almost forgot you two were there."
*Walks over to Inuyasha*
"Stand still."
*Plucks a strand of his hair and lays it on Yura*
"There you go, you got what you wanted."
*Walks back over to Inuyasha and Koga*

Ummmmmmm whats going on?

"i can't believe that the shards were so easily destroyed"
*glares at inuyasha*
"you would have lost anyway"
*turns his back on everyone*
*thinks:*
"well at least my pack is now safe...."
