    Lil Mizz, the idea on these kind of posts is to wait at LEAST one person before posting another answer. The original person did it to show how the game worked. (although it could have been done in one post)

    I also think the idea of the game was misunderstood.

    first person says 1 book... 2nd person thinks of something that goes with the book and rhymes (2 cooks - you know, cooks looking at a cookbook)

    3rd person - 3 cats... 4th person 4 rats (cats chase rats)

    5th person starts with a new idea... not something that rhymes with rats...

    Although hats and bats could go together
    (baseball hats & baseball bats OR trying to catch bats in a hat...)

    And I guess even claps and traps could work..

    So I guess I will answer the "9 laps" with

    10 chaps (guys running laps around a track - or swimming laps in a pool)

    (11 does not need to rhyme with anything before this... make it a totally different rhyme)
