~When You Wish Upon A Star~

Once upon a time,
A young boy wanted to follow his dreams.
Writing his ideas in a book
Images bursting from their seems.

He lived in a huge kingdom,
Full of magical creatures and elves,
A admirable land with beautiful flowers,
Where people looked after themselves.

His house was made of chocolate,
His heart blossoming with affection,
A balance of beliefs and poise
A character worth protecting.

His grandfather always told him,
Life was like a jigsaw game.
"You have to put the pieces together
And for no one shall you change."

One day he presented his work,
To the king of this elegant land.
A sparkle of glee enlightened the boy,
As the king smiled and rubbed his hands.

With permission; He began his task,
He always wanted to succeed,
Sometimes doubting his own abilities,
However, his mother always believed.

"What happened to the boy mum?"
A child whispered as he closed the book,
"He fought for what he wanted love,
Thats the route he took".

She tucked him into bed, whispering
"A dream is never to far"
Walking out turning of the light,
"When you wish upon a star".
