Ok so my ex... we keep having these arguments that hurt eachothers feelings, i still really kare about him and he says that he still KINDA has feelings for me but likes another girl, what does he really mean, does he still like me? what do i do?

If he liked you he wouldn't be toying with her feelings, hurting you and liking another girl!

Move on. Doesn't sound like this relationship will go anywhere but out the window. You deserve better!
