Yeah lately my new thing to deal with everything has been to let it build and then just release it all with crazy histerical crying. i never realized how much crying can help. i say everything when i cry. like how i give up andcant keep fighting but hour or two later when all the tears have stopped, i some how feel rejuvinated again. like i can keeo goign if only for a little while longer. sorry i just thought i would share that with you and see if any one else does that

I bottle stuff up for AGES! never let it out.

I have been betrayed by my best friend, deserted by family members, shifted schools and houses all my life, always starting again, watched pets and animals die, even seen people i know die, and have somehow been unable to cry. often unable to talk about it.

crying hurts. it achieves very little and leaves you with a stuffed nose and shocking headache!

anyway, that's just my oppinioin. Different things work for different people. Crying used to work for me.

Yeah, crying, drawing, writing, music..they all work for me. I'm ont a big talking person though..I don't really talk about my problems, or if I do..it just doesn't help me, (hurts more actually) but maybe that's just me.

Crying and music is my escape to everything wrong, sometimes I cry for no reason just to have a good cry

I cried real good one time i felt grate afterwards but the only bad thing was that when i woke up the next morning my eyes were swollen so bad i couldn't open them until i washed them for a long time with baby shampoo the really bad thing is that i used it all up and couldn't wash my baby until i went to the store and the really really bad thing is that when i got to the store there was no more johnson johnson left so i had to settle for the cvs brand then the really really really bad thing is that i had forgotten my purse so i had to go home and when i got back to the store i had no money in it so i had to go to the bank the really really really really bad thing is that when i got to the bank there was no money in it so i had to go borrow some from my friend and ther really really really really really bad thing is that i to borrow some from my boyfriend but he teased me into a quickie but the good thing is that i got the money bought the shampoo and washed my baby
the funny thing about it is that i have no baby no car but the swollen eyes story is true and i did use baby shampoo yet i do have a boyfriend(sexy self) but im only 14 so no sex(yet)

Crying is actually good for you, it relieves stress.

we all should have a good cry once in a while.

don't hold it in, just let it out.
