Acrostic, heroic couplet andddd I may do another one, not sure yet.

I like freestyle >.< lolz. Accursed formal poems! *Takes out random stick and wacks at it* xP Ah well, guess I'll have to pick one out. I won't predict/reserve one, since I don't wanna narrow my choices or anything

Heroic Couplet

O Angel of the Fallen

This is what remains of our world, from the ever-ensuing fight
All the darkness the ruin has stolen all our hope, all the light
And yet here lies an angel, who stands among the lost
Bringing kindness and comfort, for the loved ones who's lives been cost
No amount of sweet words or honey, will mend our broken-wings
But maybe we'll make it through the night, or so her prayer sings.

Sobriety never was an act she played well and these
Implications of the golden years are getting just a
Little old. Her act is overrated and she`s lost what
Elegancy she may have had when fake smiles were
Never a question. She boasted them so well, lying
To the rest of the world when she flashed a mediocre

Ceramic smile, holding her head up high. She was in the
Right state of mind, or so she led everyone to believe, but
Intoxication always did have a middle name, and in
Every sad story about a teenage girl there is
Some little joke -- a hint toward the simplicity of

Oppression in a life so full of angst and bewilderment.
From what has been said on this case before, in all of

The sincerity that the witnesses
Have been able to muster up, it seems that words just
Echo through the stubborn minds of youth these days.

Purity never was a hard thing to find, but in a
Uniform competition to be the most rebellious, it`s
Rare to find a girl that isn`t hung up on being
Eminent among everyone else that
Steps an inch toward her. It`s ironic, how a
Trend of being the smartest and

Healthiest has quickly shattered into not
Eating at all and a room so pure is filled with the
Aroma of alcohol and weed. Or maybe it`s how these words will be
Regurgitated with all the rest that they ignore, swallowing
The silent cries of the purest hearts.

What You Deserved [Acrostic]

Walked out on me, doubtfully, head for the door.
Hurt me, desert me, I want you no more.
All the time you were mine you tortured my soul.
This time you give back what you tactfully stole.

You find a new love, but one that shoves you about.
Openly hurts you, when that love curses you out.
Unfortunately you're tortured; now nowhere to go.

Damaged lips from the hits are starting to show.
Eyes try to disguise a denied pain which is real.
Serves you so right, despite what you may feel.
Everything that goes round comes around again.
Revel in the reason that you conceal your pain.
Vain in your heart but your pains undeterred.
Ever so amused, you're being abused by a girl.
Damn right, it's a delight when he gets what's deserved.

Vivid neon fish
Electric and beautiful
Like smudges of paint

They swim through the reef
Hiding in small crevices
Darting like flashes

Gorgeous Coral Reef's
Home to so many creatures

Xx Candle In The End - Acrostic xX

A love like this keeps me warm in the night

Cuddling me close til morning light
All of my hearts desires in your kiss
Nothing I've felt ever comes close to this
Despite all our troubles, our loves survived
Like a candle in the wind we continue to strive
Everytime you smile, I thank God we're together

I know this is a love that will last forever
Not a minute goes by that I don't think of you

The two of are a perfect match that's true
Heaven's angels must have had this planned out
Each time you touch me my heart sings and shouts

Whatever happens, I'm glad you're in my life
I'm honoured you asked me to be your wife
Nestled in your arms in the candle light
Destiny calling us throughout the night
