***subpeona, friends, guns,*** please help

Im not sure where this goes so i figure other would work and i really need something to help out. any one who knows anything about law or anything at all please give me some advie. so heres the story

at the middle school here in town, a boy B brought a gun to school and was supposed to shoot D. supposedly. the principals and school cop found out and began the line a questioning. nearly every one who ever talked to B was questioned, and all under false pretense. Mr H and Officer D questioned the students with threats and intimidation and what seems to cohersion. all with out even contacting any ones parents. a student A ratted out his friend B to save his own hide, which back fired because B is set for a trial shortly, A and several others where suspened or expelled for covering up and such. and many more have been subpeonaed (sp) by the state to testify against B. now of all the issues regarding this case, alot of the boys parents are monolingual spanish and dont know all of the laws and rules here and figure to stay out of trouble period. they boys are close friends in gang culture, meaning you rat you pay. these boys dont know what to do. they dont even remember what they told the H and Officer D. because of how much pressure they were put on. most have no way to make it to the court house and hardest for them is what do they say with fear or what will happen to them.

that is the situation. and some the the subpeonaed ppl i am very close with. they are familly/friends. so if anyone is still following help. what can i do to help my friends. its gotten so out of control that most of them dont know what to do. they are afraid that if they say anything something will happen to them or they will go to jail any way. and if they dont they go to jail. i just need help helping my family.

Interrogating minors without their parents permission and/or without a lawyer's presence is unlawful and may not be used in the courtroom.

If this is really so H&D may be in big trouble.
Best you talk to a lawyer about this, something fishy's going on over there man.

I`m not sure I got all of that but considering some of the violent acts that have been happening in schools around the world it seems to me the school staff was trying to prevent that.I work in a residential program where the school is a behavioral school on grounds so maybe the laws are different but we question kids all the time,we deal also with gang members,believe me they are well aware if they are"snitching"and yes they suffer the consequences but don`t you think preventing a columbine type massacre is worth the inconvenience of a court appearance.
