I write alot and not just poetry I write stories too.
Recently Ive een writing and the main character is this seventeen years old and I made him so real that i actually found myself beleiving he was real. I made him everything I would want for the perfect boyfriend and I actually found myself getting attached to him. Its just that his feelings and personality are so developped and stuff. Anyway I was wondering if Im alone in this situation.

Haha I couldnt say the same cuz Ive never written a story long enough for me to get attached to the character. Ive started to fall in love with my friend's stories' characters. Haha thats awesome though that you can write so well.

Lol, that's happened to me, only I wasn't the one writing the story.

I've written stories like that. I'll write the protagonist and I'll find myself looking up to the character and feeling for the character. It's due mainly to the fact that the character emboldens every moral you hold dear. They usually have the same interests as you and they're brave in situations where you don't know whether or not you'd be able to keep yourself together.

That happens to me a lot when reading someone else's story that is really detailed. I started to write a story once and that was happening a little too. Yeah, it was weird but it's normal I think. lol

Lols I normally write werewolf love stories *as well as poems of course lols* or just plan love stories and yes, I've actually fallen in love with some of the people in them and they have become so real that I have to keep reminding myself that their not real and I'm not going to run into them on the street lols It's kinda freaky for me sometimes but also cool because they give me hope to keep looking for a real man lols I think it might be normal for writers to get attached to the character's in their books since you pour so many emotions into them and for a book to be good the character's have to seem real lols For them to seem real to a reader then them have to BE real for the writer hehehe At least thats what I've found =)
