    Is Whispering Nothing?

Sweet words fall upon my ear,
    None can see,
    And none can hear,

You whisper softly in the night,
    I shiver wildly,
    In delight.

Your tongue is silent in the sun,
    Afraid to burn,
    Lies undone.

You do not speak for all to hear,
    Only whispers,
    In my ear.

Is it shame, I do not know,
    My only wish,
    To let you go.

Silence not, the love you hold,
    If it's true,
    If you're bold.

Shout it out, into the sky,
    Where dreamers dance,
    And angels fly.

Pull me back into your arms,
    Seduce me with,
    Your simple charms.

  • Beautiful Chaos

    Be Not Afraid Of Greatness

Hold no doubt within your mind,
    Dreams, indeed, come true,
    Achieving them is never easy,
    No matter what you do.

Don't let your fear hold you down,
    Drink of strength my friend,
    Courage is the only thing,
That will push you to the end.

    Immortal thoughts in mortal time,
    Surely pave the way,
The path you walk within this life,
Screams what you have to say.

Let those words lift you up,
    The world around you too,
So one day when you're looking back,
    There's nothing you will rue.

Regrets are for the weak of heart,
    There's lessons within pain,
Greatness is found, inside the soul,
    Of those who can sustain.

They gaze out through the madness,
    Dream of what could be,
    They walk into the light,
    Spirit soaring free.

    To Sleep, Perchance To Dream

To fall asleep with wistful dreams of the world,
Drowning in the artificial fog of the deepest slumber,
Blinded by ambitions which lay dormant in waking,
Full of all the wants that fall behind my needs,
Here I may be anything I wish, from the dew, to the sunshine.

I breathe life into this counterfeit domain,
If terror is to reach for me in the night,
It reaches out from within my own mind.

Even here I may be consumed by my own fears,
But I linger in slumber awaiting the passion,
This passion which eats at my soul, craving freedom.

Hindered in the waking world, here it reigns,
Finding beauty in even the darkest corners of my being,
Enveloping me in the silky, warm caress of madness.

From erotic to demonic, truly pure emotion,
Free from guilt and closed, but prying eyes,
Awakening my senses to the deepest of depths,
I pray that waking is slow in its approach.

    All The World's A Stage

    {Hidden pain seeping through cracks
Misery clutching at so many souls
    Outwardly smiling, screaming inside
    So many people losing all control}

There's the girl who has everything
Yet at night she listens to her parent's fight
    Screaming, kicking, punching each other
She sits with tears in eyes closed so tight

Nobody knows of her broken home
Appearing always to have it all
Keeping a smile permanently in place
No one ever seeing her silently fall

There's the boy on his way to Oxford
He has the whole world in his hands
Surely he's going to be another Einstein?
Yet the pain he bears, no one understands

For behind closed doors it's another story
He has to cope with an alcoholic, violent dad
Listening to the stream of insults each day
He wonders how things ever became so bad

    There's the beautiful, graceful girl
Always surrounded by a hundred friends
Yet not one of them would ever guess
Each day she prays for her life to end

Because each night she lives in fear
Of her step father creeping into her room
His hands crawling all over her flesh
Praying for it all to be over soon...

There's the boy considered a retard
Keeping his fake smile fixed in place
    Pretending spiteful names don't hurt
Yet feeling his life is such a waste

And each day he'll cry when he's alone
Cursing all of the heartfelt pain and misery
Wondering why he can't just be accepted
Yearning every single second to be free

Then their's the girl who appears happy
She has so many wonderful plans for life
Yearning to make the world a better place
No one would guess she's engulfed in strife

She's coughing up blood and vomit each day
Morning, noon and night standing on the scales
"Nothing taste as good as thin" runs in her head
Barely touches food, become so weak and pale

    {Hidden pain seeping through cracks
Misery clutching at so many soul's
    Outwardly smiling, screaming inside
    So many people losing all control}

    People silently falling into despair
Consumed with so much anger and rage
Yet no one ever realizes what's happening
...I guess the whole world's become a stage

    Tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow

Randomly I learned language of Gods
and then cursed their names through the window,
glowing silence leaked through my veins
while I spoke with Rhamon and Stinger.

Rhamon was the ghost of Undead
    he symbolically ate his victims
    and then he made bonfires
and aimed at the sky with poisoned arrows.

Stinger was a guitarist once broken inside
he cut off his platinum hair and built a church,
    went to the islands and painted over shores;
he was my idol and my guide through the dark.

Tomorrow Rhamon will suffocate my entity
and repair it with implements of fear.
    And tomorrow Stinger's sacraments will
haunt me in my dreadful dreams.
    and tomorrow I'll die.

Randomly I learned language of Gods
and then cursed their names through the window,
glowing silence leaked through my veins
while I spoke with Rhamon and Stinger.

Is this a dagger which I see before me

    by NyellMoonlight

Iron gates hide star flocks plunged in innocence
of the childlike, platinum souls; still, the shadows
crawl in, leaving all windows opened...
... is this a dagger which I see before me?

Droplets of rain vaporize behind broken light
    clouding the vision of divided, iced sights;
stabbed in the back I confronted with assassins
that carved the word -hate- in a wooden floor.

Through hazy mazes and poisoned weed of defeat
    these lines painted with darkness will lead;
story's unfolding between my velvet fingertips.
Breathe- I tell myself -hear the heartbeat-.

Bloodthirsty butterflies gave me a reason to drink obscurity
torturing senses for right and wrong,
behind shattered mirrors I seek equality...
... is this a dagger which I see before me?

    Statues ridicule my luxurious, laced gown;
insatiably I drank cold water from antique seashells
along with crimson liquid hid in treasure- chests
    that illuminated sacred weapon on choice;
is this a dagger which I see before me?

    Method in the Madness

    Trapped inside eternal emptiness,
    Disdain poisons her ruby lips.
Madness is the cure for loneliness,
And her fragile heart it rips.

Cured by the ticking of softened emotions,
She breaks through the cycle of fate.
No longer plagued by these daily devotions,
Twisted and surrounded by thoughtful hate.

Crawling away from this torture now,
She knew that she'd be free somehow.

    O Happy Dagger! (Sonnet II)

Within mine trembling hand thy blade doth rest
Salvation honed on days of blood and tears
Thy journey's end completes the final test
Life anchored not in futile fatal fears

Thy gilded scabbard's double edged delight
Duality of spirit bends and sways
In balancing on brink of blackest night
Whispers taunting- dawn to dusk, dusk to days

O happy dagger! Greet me as I rise
Thy liar's bite a welcome warm embrace
Drop by glorious drop contentment sighs
As peace and beauty mask a weary face

From tortured heart a lover's last refrain
Thy piercing wound ignites a soul again

What's in a Name? By Which We Call a Rose

    What's in a name?
    What's in a rose?
A name, by which we call ourselves,
As a perosn, or a whole.
A rose, by which we share are thoughts,
    Our love,
    Our feelings to others.
    Thy hast no name,
    Thy hast no rose,
By which thou hath so willingly
    Ministered to thee.
    Thy feelings are great,
    For something so small,
    Yet thou hast no feelings
for the lover by which thou hast cared for
    So much.
    What's in a name?
    Nothing thou hast feelings for.
By which we call a rose
    Is nothing.

Romeo Romeo, Where For Art Thou Romeo?

    Romeo, thou hast decieved me
    For the very last time.
    Where hast thou been?
In a land of imagination, deception,
    Cruelty beyond comapre.
    You hath thrived for years
    On my tears and suffering.
    Now it shall cease
For thy am on to your game.
    You Prince of Cats,
You villian, you poison of love
Romeo, Romeo, Where for are thou Romeo?
Not in thy mind, thy heart, nor thy love.

Thou Art A Votary To Fond Desire

Upon crystal autumn welkin thee gaze,
    Passion stoically displayed within thee.
Trundling past in this pother full phase.
Of thine obscured course why canst thee not see?

Too easily dost thou dewray thine trust,
With perforce intended others thee cog.
Cozeners compose, defy them thee must.
Unto mens trust thee display thine agog.

Pondering why thine affect dost be spurned.
Thee advance unto her who art betrothed,
Bid unto she, love that canst be returned.
Thou canst contend whence thou art being loathed.

Thine disposition canst be rubb'd nor stopped.
The untouchable thy wish for somehow.
Unto new office must thy now adopt.
I'll roundly resolve this debacle now,

Heart and noddle art thine biggest liars,
Thou art devoted to fond desires.

To Be or Not to Be

    We've gne through once,
And it didn't work out so well.
    Should we try it again,
And again be put under the spell?

    The spell of love,
    Where innocence is broken,
    Life is lifted,
    And words are spoken.

    When your feeling of need,
    Is no longer there
    The gap in your heart,
    Has become rare.

    Should we love again?
    Or should we stay apart,
    Live lives seperate,
    And there is no heart.

Cowards Die Many Times Before Their Death

At the first sign of confrontation, you turned and walked away,
Said you`d catch up with me, but never gave me the time of day.
I watched your feet scurry past, as I counted my horrid heartbeats,
Counting how many it would take until you landed in her sheets.
She`s on your mind when you`re here wrapping your arms around me,
And I know you`re hoping I catch on so I`ll let you free,
But in the back of my mind, I still wish we were meant to be.
You`re becoming just another face with nothing left to say --
A liar who spun a pre-planned web of stories to hide his deceit,
And slowly fell out of my reach, becoming just a memory.

My Words Fly Up, My Thoughts Remain Below

    by NyellMoonlight

I've been eaten alive under the lake's frozen surface
than left to bleed out every confusing betrayal.
Dexterous hands molded my entity sacredly,
while the ghosts of zephyr sung filthy fairy-tales.

Scent of jasmine caressed the mind, hypnotizing
    and staring into blank canvas enticed visualizations;
withered leaves created veil for the acrid shame
    entwining with melodies of unholiness.

My words fly up yet the thoughts were left buried
underneath black soil, beyond my drunk realizations.
Perception's changed between sheets of demure
    that covered wooden, ornamented coffins.

I've been eaten alive under the lake's frozen surface
than left to bleed out every confusing betrayal.
Toxic rain burned skin, washed away scars...
Demonic presence consumed this poisoned moment.

    Journeys End in Lovers Meeting

The ghost of my past came back today,
To haunt me in a new and improved way,
With a smile in his pocket, he looked at me,
Digesting the person I have come to be.

I held my composure together as he talked,
Blushing as our wandering eyes locked,
And in the back of my mind, I sang our song,
Remembering his touch, it`s been so long.

I tried not to think of how we used to be,
When he said goodbye and hugged me,
But I couldn`t help but notice his eyes,
Shining like they used to, covering his lies.

And I can`t help but wonder what would be,
    If he never would have loved her more than me;
But I learnt from the mistakes I kept repeating,
For I know, that journeys end in lovers meeting.

Love Looks Not with the Eyes, but with the Mind

Anne was just eight years old,
The day that she got the news,
She listened as he gently told,
The reasons for all the clues.

Her hair was slowly falling out,
    Fatigue; she was so weak,
But still, she had so much doubt,
And she was unable to speak.

She had to go on and live her life,
As she would with any other fate,
But the pain stabbed her like a knife,
And she was ready to face that gate.

Every week, she went under the light,
As Doctors looked down on her,
She held it together, with a smile bright,
Watching her life spin around this detour.

She had came to her last stop sign,
When he walked into clear sight,
Helping her up, he mended her spine,
And taught her to stand, to fight.

It`s been twenty short years now,
And he is still by her side,
He fights his tears, wipes his brow,
As he says goodbye to his bride.

Her soft blue eyes fall softly shut,
And he stays, holding her hand,
Ignoring the pain lingering in his gut,
Swearing that forever by her, he will stand.

She climbed to the highest peak,
Looked until he helped her find,
She was more than ill, more than weak,
`Cuz love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind.
