Hey guys..I got a question..well yeah its the topic but what do you do when you know your not fat but want to loose weight ...I am not gunna just stop eating ya know...i've tryed eating less giving up sugar stuff ya know...and everyone telles me oh you are not fat cause i'm really tall for my age and i weigh 143lbs...but it's like when i look at myself i just want to loose a little more but i don't want my family and friends freaking out..I wont become anerexic..i have hypoglicemia which if i don't eat i get a huge headache and a really bad cramp..I'm not depressed about it but feeling a little down that's why I posted it here because I've realised people get more help under this categorie! Well let me know what I should do..i mean should I work out..but im to young to go to a gym right? I dont know but I would appreciate it a ton! Thanks! |

well if you don't already do a sport you could increase your energy level at home like jump as you walk to your room or run to the kitchen you know little stuff like that cause i heard that if you increase your energy level and it stays constant it will increase your mattabolism and if you don't really feel like jumping to your room because you are like sad or something don't worry about it it's not like you have to do it every second of every day |
