Failing

Okay, so school is obviously tough for everyone, and I'm not seeking attention just advice.

I have missed a lot of school because I will wake up feeling physically ill about going.
And there's a ridiculous requirement of 80% attendence. I am 99% sure that I have NOT met the requirement.

So now I'm postive that I'm failing, I'm getting really depressed. Not just sad and mopey, but I'm tired constantly, crying in outbursts, and I have even resorted to hurting myself(but its not a cutting post its a post about failing).

I dunno, I'm not a strong person, and last year I had anxiety attacks when we had exams. I'm not sure what I'll do if I fail. I'm not sure I'll be able to repeat the whole of year 11.

    I'm scared.

No offence, but why would you say drop out? School will affect her life, she shouldn't drop out, explain to someone how you feel, maybe a doctor, or phycyatrist *sp* they might be able to help, maybe its not school you're worrying about, maybe its something else that you connect to school somehow... I dunno... hope I helped somehow! :/

Maybe you should get some more sleep, and talk to your teachers about getting some help.. like after school or something. when you get home, maybe you should read a book instead of like sleep or eat, or go on the computer.. do all your homework first..and if you dont understand get some help from like a tutor.

I know how u feel. last year, every morning before school, i would throw up 2 times. i dont know why, the could never figure out why. it just stopped in december, it went on for a good 3.5 months. then it started again this year for about 1.5 months. and then it stopped.

just try to get through it. if u dont baby it, it will get better. i went to school with sickness, sometimes i would throw up at school because my tummy decided it wasnt enough to do it at home. but i still went. and eventually it went away...

u cant let being sick hold u back. push through it. and i can say that to you, because im not a strong person either. i not only have been diagnosed with depression, but i have an anxiety disorder as well. among other things.
