Harry Potter -- Marauder Era fans

Many people out there have expressed interest in JK writing a new series -- a Marauder era one. As much as I love them, I don't think she should. I have this huge image of them built in my head, this "shrine" if you will. I think it'd be horrible if she wrote the book, I read it, and my "shrine" was torn down. Especially since I'm not *too* fond of JK's writing style.

Although that being said, I do hope she plans on writing some sort of companion peice to Harry Potter. Kind of doubtful though, hey ?

What do you guys think about her writing a Marauder's era series ?

Remus Lupin is my favorite character with Marauder fanfics becoming the few Harr Potter fanfics I read. I hope she writes one.

I love James Potter and Sirius Black, but Remus is closely third on my list. If you read fanfiction, I can show you a bunch of Marauder era fanfiction that are simply amazing. :]

That would be realy great. I haven't found good ones in a while and would love to read some.

I'd especially recommend her "Obsessive Lily Disorder", though that mainly revolves around a Lily/James pairing.

I'll try and find a Remus centered fic; I know I have one favoured somewhere, but I just can't seem to find it :/

EDIT: Oh wait, I have to ask before I recommend anything... are you opposed to slash of any kind ? I found a good RLSB (Remus/Sirius) fic that I'd favourited awhile ago, but I won't post the link if you aren't for slash. I know of other Remus fics that involve him being het, so it's fine.
