Thoughts

Okay i was watching this movie called bickford smelter's cool ideas or something like that, anyway in it the dude has these great ideas but instead of embracing the path to glory and fame which is coming at him like a freight train all he cares abot is getting his book full of ideas back.

now i realized, you can either think of the short run or the long run, never both. either you do great things but then don't embrace what is coming at you, or you try and go straight for the glory without having done anything

I think I care more about the short run, because that way I have a reason to wake up everyday knowing I have somthing productive to do, and I'll die happy.

But I have a question for you. Why can't we just have balance?
