awe thats so annoying when you don't know isn't it.

I like a guy from another school and i talk to him abit but i can't get to know him cos i hardly see him so i don't know how he feels either.

Guys like confidence in a girl... and if you just say ''hey'' or talk to him a bit, you won't just be making the first move, you could be increasing your confidence in the near future.
I think if you write a letter or email him he may be a little freaked out :| I really think you should get to know him, ask for his email, then you can send him a letter and email him.

Why would someone get freaked out if you say hi? I just think you're over analysing it :)
If he doesn't know you just say, "hey, my name is Amanda. I've seen you in the halls a bit." And if he *does* get freaked then he's just an a**hole.
Just take a step forward, otherwise you will stay in the same situation for ages!

Well... maybe you can "pretend" to be doing some kind of school project and ask him to fill out a form with his email address on it... or say you're doing some stitisic thing and ask him for his interest... or just say hi :D sorry, just some random and useless ideas from me :D

well as a guy, i would agree with (dont remember name) earlier and just start with hi, in the halls or in the cafeteria, or screw your shyness, im so shy, and just walk up to him and go "i dont really know you, wanna talk?" ive done that with girls, and if a girl said that to me i would agree, no matter the girl.
