k right well iwen around all day snappin elastic band round my wrist . but it sorta bledd so i fink i did it 2 much . well nywa it did help till 2 mins ago when ive just leteraly slashed all my legs up again 1 but i didnt no elastic bands soo painfull n i didnt now dey cut thro skin . owell it shud help . umm mabe do sumfin else u enjoy like playin wif pet or tlk 2 freind or sumfin . or ask urself y u wana cut . n wen u dont cut reward ur self . i dont fink im very help , so im gonna stop wafling on, luv lidxxXxx

i'm not sure if i belive in god or not. there is only the bible to prove that he is real. how do we know some crack addict din't write the bible? if her was really real then why would he let the world get to this point? why would he let these things happen? why would he let so many peoples' lives get so horrible they have to self harm or kill themselves? that is my personal opinion about the matter.

find different ways to deal with problems. writing in general. you are on a poetry site, write more poetry. find a hobby or keep a journal. there are so many ways to deal with problems.

I think cutters should be respected as people. And this is coming from a non cutter. They still deserve to be treated like bloody everyone else, cos there aint nothin abnormal or wrong bout it.
