    you go to add/change profile on the right side of the thing, then like click change profile pic or something, then you hit browse and get a picture from your computer.

    Go to:
    photobucket.com

    and search up something you like ^_^ Then right click the pic and say 'save as...' from then on, you do the uploading thing on P&Q
