How to get this profile picture?

Where do you go to get the profile pictures that have little sayings about love or something like that? i really want to find me one like that! thanks!!

Umm i get mine from photobucket.com or msndollz.com but i for the life of me cannot put a picture on mine.. because i cannot get on any of htem websites here at school, because they are all blocked... hope these help!!!!

Oooo, I love them ^^ I have a load of them lol. I mainly use photobucket and type in random words such as love etc...or many good search engine ( images of course ) Umm, there and many other sites that have them ^^ just look up msn display pictures in google and a load of websites should pop up...LOL! Thats what I do anyway ^^ xxx Love youu!!
