Help plz

I need advice my bfs parents dont like me n my bf wants me at his house for his 18th which is about 2 weeks away n i dont want to go there because his parents really upset me and broke my trust n im too frightened to go there n e ways im going to feel like im selfish for not going but i am in alot of fear because of them ive tried telling him but he just doesnt understand he recons hes gonna talk to them but i know if i go they will do little things to try n hurt me. What should i do

Why don't the parents like you? Have you done anything?
yes ok, some parents have expectation but at the end of the day they accept whatever makes their son/daughter happy and what makes him happy is you, so either you need to sit down with your boyfriend and have a long talk or both of you spend the day with his parents.
Get to know them, spend time with them, they will probably appreciate the fact you're making an effort rather than running away from them.

I used to be terrified of Marcus's parents and the first time i had an argument with them, i went in the same night on my own and worked it out with them, they respected me more for that and things are fab with them all the time now.
By running away from them and making it clear you have a problem with them, they will never like or respect you so buck up and make an effort, you would if you were serious about your boyfriend
